This website is provided by the Health Protection Agency North West("the Agency"), whose office is at Health Protection Agency North West, 1st Floor, DBH House, 105 Boundary Street, Liverpool, L5 9YJ.

Your use of the website is governed by these Terms of Use. By accessing or using any part of the website you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the website, and you should exit the website immediately

  1. All material included in the website is intended for information purposes only. You are hereby placed under notice that you should take appropriate precautions to verify the accuracy of such information.

You are not permitted to sell or trade in material obtained from the website.   10. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall operate to exclude or restrict the Agency’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or fraud.

You shall indemnify, and keep indemnified, the Agency against each loss, liability and cost which the Agency incurs as a result of the use by you of this website other than in accordance with these Terms of Use or any external websites accessed from this website, or the breach by you of any intellectual property rights in the website except in so far as such loss, liability or cost arises from the Agency’s negligence or breach of these Terms of Use.
  12. We may make changes to the website that we feel appropriate from time to time (including without limitation to their operation, "look and feel" or information made available on them).
