InstantAtlas Online Mapping

InstantAtlas is a simple to use mapping system presenting comparative trends in data in North West England by Local Authority or PCT using the links below. Data can be filtered by time, geography and data type. The range of data viewable through InstantAtlas is under development and suggestions from users are welcome using the 'contact us' link above.

Before viewing the maps - before using the maps, you will need the relevant Adobe supplied plug-in viewer, either scalable vector graphic (SVG) or Flash Player (v8.0 or above for newer atlases as specified below). We are gradually updating our atlases to the Flash format. You will also need to disable any pop-up blocker installed on your machine. This can be specifically disabled for InstantAtlas web pages while maintaining blocking for more general internet browsing.

You may need Administative access to your computer to successfully install the viewers: contact your system administator for more details.
